FAQ

What to know before your first conversation.

Questions before you start.

Jackly keeps the exchange simple: one person sends a paid conversation turn, and the other decides whether to reply personally. Here are the practical details.

01

What is Jackly?

Jackly is a private paid conversation service. A user sends one or more messages together with a credit offer, and the person receiving the request can choose to reply directly.

02

Do I need to be an approved celebrity or creator?

No. Every account can send and receive requests after completing a public profile. You can also pause incoming paid requests from your profile whenever you need to.

03

Who decides the price of a message?

The sender chooses how many credits to offer for that conversation turn. The recipient sees the request and its value, then decides whether it is a conversation they want to answer.

04

Is the reply generated by AI?

No. Jackly does not generate replies on someone else's behalf. The product is designed for the person receiving your request to write and send their own reply.

05

How long does someone have to reply?

A paid request remains open for 72 hours from the moment it is sent. The deadline does not change if the sender increases the offer.

06

What happens if there is no reply?

When a request is declined, cancelled or expires, its reserved credits return to the sender's available credit balance. This is a credit restoration, not an automatic refund to the original payment method.

07

How much does the person replying receive?

After a personal reply is completed, 80% of the request's displayed value is credited to the person who answered. The remaining 20% is the platform share.

08

Are conversations public?

They are private by default. A completed request and reply are shown publicly only when both people agreed at the time they sent their turn. Prices, payment details and the sender's private identity are not included.
