For the fan waiting for a reply
Write what you truly want to say, then choose the number of credits that reflects what the reply is worth to you. The creator decides whether to answer while the request is open.
HOW JACKLY WORKS
Jackly gives a thoughtful fan message a clear way through the noise, then lets the creator choose what deserves their own time and words.
THE CONCEPT
A message and a credit offer arrive as one request. The creator sees both, then chooses the requests they genuinely want to answer with their own time and attention.
FOR BOTH SIDES
Write what you truly want to say, then choose the number of credits that reflects what the reply is worth to you. The creator decides whether to answer while the request is open.
Review the message together with its offer and choose what you want to answer. You never have to reply to every request, and every reply is written by you.
STEP BY STEP
The same account can send and receive messages. There is no separate creator application or approval queue.
Complete your public profile and choose a unique handle to create your Jackly chatroom. Share the link wherever your audience already finds you.
The fan chooses how many credits to offer. Those credits are reserved from their available balance while the request is being resolved.
A request stays open for 72 hours from the moment it is sent. The creator selects a request and answers it personally in their own words.
Once the reply is sent, 80% of the displayed value is credited to the creator’s earnings balance. Whether the completed conversation becomes public depends on both people’s consent.
KEY POLICIES
These are the practical service rules to understand before sending a request or sharing your chatroom.
Any account with a completed public profile can send and receive paid requests without a separate approval.
The timer starts when the request is first sent. Raising the offer later does not extend the deadline.
If a request is declined, canceled or expires, the reserved credits return to the sender’s available balance. This is not an automatic refund to the original payment method.
A completed conversation is public only when both people consent. Offer amounts, payment information and the sender’s private identity are not displayed.
Creators can turn paid requests on or off from their profile and change that setting again whenever they need to.
This is not an AI imitation of someone’s voice. The person receiving the request writes the response in their own words.
REVENUE SHARE
When a creator personally completes a reply, the displayed request value is split as follows.
The creator share is added to their earnings balance when the reply is completed. Withdrawal eligibility and settlement status are shown in Credit.
